    Hi,

    I replied to you on Oct 06, 2009, but have not received any response. Please find below the copy of that letter:


    This complaint is regarding the 18.5” LCD purchased by me on April 10, 2009. The Model Number is 943swx.

    While cleaning its front panel, the scratches start appears on it. I registered a complaint regarding this problem and the B.P. No. is 8406743812. After several complaints, it was replaced by you on June 05, 2009.

    After a few days, the same problem appears with the new one. While cleaning its panel with cotton, the scratches appear on the upper side of the panel as well as on stand.

    The panel was replaced in July 2009 and the same problem persists. That means, your company is manufacturing low quality products to earn more profits and is not thinking about customer satisfaction.

    I have already spoken with Mr. Chirag, Ms. Kusum Aggarwal and Mr. Verma regarding this problem. I have been told that an engineer will visit my place. Finally, he visited to examine the problem on June 29, 2009 and told me this problem is occurring because there is a lot of shine on the panel and wants a letter from me with detailed description of my problem. I wrote a letter and handed over to him.

    I got a call from Consumer Forum (Ms. Rajni), who told me to provide 10 days time to you for resolving this problem and to file a case on August 17, 2009. I will file a case to claim the refund along with the compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.

    Now, please let me know that how can I resolve this problem?

    Default Complaint against Samsung TV

    I had purchased a 26"LCD of Samsung from Vijay Sales ( a renowned outlet ) in Dec 2007. Around 2 months back, the TV stopped working. The service representative visited my house and ststed that the panel of the TV is not functioning. I was given to understand that this is a technical defect and the cost of changing this panel would be Rs 18,000.

    Being a technical defect which is not in the hand of the customer and given the huge cost inolved, I have asked the Samsung team to repair this at their cost.
    While their service staff during his visit stated that this problem would be looked into and that his supervisior will call me, this seemed like a deferal tactics. To add salt to injury, I have received a letter from the company quoting my visit and requesting a confirmation on the above costs so that the matter could be taken up forward.

    There seems to be a high handed behaviour on part of the company towards customer issues.
    My request for the mail ID of the MD was also turned down.

    I await a response.

    hi,

    i jitendra shelar has launched a complaint regarding monitor 591s VGA cable fault, i had been told by the customer service agent complaint will be attended within 36 hours,now its been 4the day nobody has come to attend my complaint.complaint no:-8417202864.i myself called up the technician at kurla office in mumbai.and asked about when they can come so i will be at home to attend them,he'd been giving some excuses and giving me an assurance that he will call me ,,believe till now he has not confirmed when he will come to attend my complaint,As they are not sure who has my work order to proceed further,if this kind of pathetic service you people are going to give than i am really sorry to say you people won't sustain in the this competitive market and will soon have to shutdown samsung company,hope to have a ASAP response from you.

    Default Problem with LCD 32" Full HD TV panel

    Dear Sir,

    This is to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased a Samsung 32" LCD series 5 full HD TV vide invoice NO: 03/C208/01744 dated: 09/03/2009 from Achal Corporation Nagpur, Maharashtra. On 18/01/2011 I observed distortion in the picture clarity and hence called for Samsung Service. After inspecting the LCD the service engineer informed that the panel has developed a problem and needs to be replaced.
    Sir, we are having tremendous faith in Samsung LCD TV's and thats why we bought the same. Now only after 21 months period of operation and that too around 2 hours of operation daily approx. if the panels develops a problem then our all faith in Samsung products goes into drain.
    Sir, as we all know that Samsung is the "World Leader" in LCD panels this failure cause needs to be checked thus requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help us out.

    and despite sending more than 1000 mails : the only reply we receive is an
    automated message .



    Is this what SAMSUNG world class service is providing to customers : One has
    to make sure that Indians are not made fools by a Korean MNC.



    This is a way a Korean MNC makes fool of Indians . You can imagine how much
    of loss we have already incurred because of non availability of a computer
    system .
