I replied to you on Oct 06, 2009, but have not received any response. Please find below the copy of that letter:
This complaint is regarding the 18.5” LCD purchased by me on April 10, 2009. The Model Number is 943swx.
While cleaning its front panel, the scratches start appears on it. I registered a complaint regarding this problem and the B.P. No. is 8406743812. After several complaints, it was replaced by you on June 05, 2009.
After a few days, the same problem appears with the new one. While cleaning its panel with cotton, the scratches appear on the upper side of the panel as well as on stand.
The panel was replaced in July 2009 and the same problem persists. That means, your company is manufacturing low quality products to earn more profits and is not thinking about customer satisfaction.
I have already spoken with Mr. Chirag, Ms. Kusum Aggarwal and Mr. Verma regarding this problem. I have been told that an engineer will visit my place. Finally, he visited to examine the problem on June 29, 2009 and told me this problem is occurring because there is a lot of shine on the panel and wants a letter from me with detailed description of my problem. I wrote a letter and handed over to him.
I got a call from Consumer Forum (Ms. Rajni), who told me to provide 10 days time to you for resolving this problem and to file a case on August 17, 2009. I will file a case to claim the refund along with the compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
Now, please let me know that how can I resolve this problem?
