I have purchased a viewsonic LED monitor 22' inch on 2nd july 2011 .After 20 days Display of the monitor is not working. I have made compliant to viewsonic on july 25th and i get a mail from viewsonic for asking more details about monitor. Then I mailed replay them to service@in.viewsonic.com. But Nobody responded for my replay. I keep on calling them on their toll free number 1800-266-01-01. NO repair is made or replacement is done from viewsonic side till today.When i spoke to viewsonic service center on kochi about this they saying that they can do anything . It is almost 1 month my monitor is not in working condition.Kindly guide me in this regard.How to solve my problem.
