I bought an acer LED monitor in Dec 2010 Sr. No. ET.LH60C.00801806F054000. From last month it was not working properly. Monitor was not distributing its light all over the screen uniformly. so i complained against it. on 20th aug 2011 my LED was replaced with another Sr. No. ET.LH60C.008A10246475...The delivery man(acer service man)was in hurry so he put that and gone. after 10 mins when i switchd it on its screen was very dim. I called the delivery man he said "my duty is just to deliver so contact Mr. Hemant 09015254395 who has checked this and given me to deliver" so witin half an hour i called him he replied that now replacement has been done. these are all repaired pieces .u have signed the replacement paper.. so other way is again file for the replacement..
Plz tell me what should i do they replaced my product with a defective one.n within half an hour when i informed them they are giving me an unreponsive answer.
