Dear Sir
I have purchased one monitor on 9/05/09 from nehru place .Next month the monitor
started giving problem. I complained redg this to company on 5/06/09 .next day one
technician came from the there associate company and make a service report say that
since this monitor is under warranty we will replace the component free of cost and
it will fuctional.it is more the a month but still the company has not solved the
problem of the monitor nor ready to replace the monitor .
my request kindly look into this matter and help by solve either by repair or by
replace the monitor.
