I was facing some problem in My LCD monitor S. NO. is - HA17HHBP211106 Syn Master 740N, than I called to samsung costumer care (1800110011) and they told me to visit Samsumg service center to resolve the issue. I gave my LCD to Samsung service center( JANUS ELECTRONICS, 10C/246, SEC. 10,VASHUNDHRA, HAZIABAD-UP) and after three days they told the defective part is not available in company stock so in that case you can claim for samsung depreciation policy according to which I will get 51 % of purchased amount and process will take 10 to 15 days Max.
But today after 28 days no proper response by the company or it's person.

It is very same full for company like Samsumg why they are not having any value of there customers time.
