    i bought set up of LG computer on november 2008 just after 6 month its L.C.D become obsulute. i complaint at LG care centre on7th may 2009 after 20days they hear my complaint and give a stand by small L.C.D and they tell we give ur origenal L.C.D with in 2days but till date no action is to be taken.
    so i requested u to plz take necessary action in this matter.

    Default LG LCD Monitor

    Hi,

    This complaint is regarding the 18.5” LCD Monitor, purchased on April 10,
    2009. The Model Number is 943swx.

    I noticed some scratches on the side panel of the LCD and registered a
    complaint with them on May 12, 2009. The Complaint Number is 8406743812.

    They have replaced the LCD on June 05, 2009. It’s been just 10 days and the
    same problem appears with the new one. While I cleaned its black panel to
    remove dust with a cloth, the scratches appear on the upper side of the
    panel. I think that they are using low quality panel while manufacturing
    LCD’s, after sometime the scratches appear on it.

    Please take some strict action against them, so that they should follow-up
    on my complaint. If you need any further information, then let me know.

    Subject: LG LCD Monitor Replacement

    Hello Sir,

    My name is Naved Ali, i purchaged an LCD 18 inch monitor before 3 month with 3 year
    wrnty.
    When i was working on it, suddenly internal screen of lcd monitor was damaged due to
    unknown reason, no external damage is there.
    i registered a complain to customer care of LG and an engineer was came to me to
    check and reply me that 3 month has been passed so it cant't be change if it would
    be under 1 month thn it would be replaced.
    Sir, no external damage is there, even no scrach is o monitor any where.

    Please help me to find the solution.
