Hi,

I had purchased a HCL system about an year ago. The LCD monitor provided with the system worked fine for a few months but then stopped working. I contacted the dealer who got it checked by an engineer. I was told that the monitor was not working and would have to be replaced. I contacted the HCL firm who did not co-operate and are not replacing the monitor. Also the dealer says that he cannot help me. The monitor is in warranty and still the HCL crew is not replacing the monitor. Its almost been a month now that I am waiting for my monitor to be replaced but the HCL crew is not co-operating despite of sending them numerous reminders.

I had purchased a Hp "17" wide LCD TFT MONITOR ,MODEL NO:W1707,SERIAL NO:CNC 8380C3T, about same time. The LCD monitor is one pixcel is loss.I contacted the dealer . I was told that the monitor was one pixcel is loss and would have to be replaced. I contacted the Hp office who did not co-operate and are not replacing the monitor. Also the dealer says that he cannot help me. The monitor is in warranty and still the Hp crew is not replacing the monitor. i bought a lcd 18.5 inch.....but now it is not working properly.a small lining is run on screen.the lcd is in guarantee period.so help me please ,my contact no is 09992294018.please sir/madam help me urgently as possible.now in lcd no turn off/on light appear.
