    Default Hp not resolving problem, poor after sales service of hp

    I AM DIRECTOR OF GUJRAL POLISH AND LUBRICANTS (P) LTD.
    I PURCHASED HP DESKTOP COMPAQ CQ3170IX IN FEBRUARY 2010 WITH 3 YEARS ON-SITE WARRANTY, MY TFT MONITOR IS NOT WORKING FROM 8.11.2010, SAME DAY I WERE DONE A COMPLAINT IN HP WITH CASE ID CA1024147, ON 23.11.2010, ONE PERSON CAME FROM SOME COURIER COMPANY WITH ONE REPAIRED AND OLD TFT MONITOR IN VERY POOR CONDITION, SO I REFUSED TO TAKE THAT REPLACEMENT AND TOLD AT HP CUSTOMER CARE THAT, EITHER GIVE ME A NEW TFT MONITOR IN REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR MY OWN MONITOR, THEY TOLD ME THERE ENGINEER WILL COME IN 2-3 DAYS.
    TILL NOW NO PERSON CAME FROM HP AND TODAY I RECEIVED AN SMS FROM HP THAT MY PROBLEM IS RESOLVED AND MY CASE ID CA1024147 IS CLOSED.
    BUT IN REALITY MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED TILL NOW.
    PLEASE TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR THIS POOR SERVICE WITHIN ONSITE WARRANTY AND HARRASMENT DONE BY HP PERSONS, AGAINST HP.

    Default Hp not recieving system for services

    I have purchased my hp LAPTOP PAVILION DV4 last year from ranchi reliance mart, very soon after purchase cd-drive was not woking well, i went to the hp service center of gaya, but they didn't accept my laptop with bill of reliance mart and instructed to submit at ranchi service center,again after 10 month of purchase i came to ranchi and try to submit it in ranchi service center but they did't accept it and gave the explaination that warranty period is over due to reliance mart purchase it very earlier and make a late sale.AFTER MAKING ARGUMENT THEY TOLD ME TO MAKE AVAILAIBLE E MAIL ID OF RELIANC MART SERVICE DESK & SOME SPECIAL BILLS. NOW MY ORIGINAL WARRANTY PERIOD IS GOING TO LAPSE. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFULS.

    LOOKING FORWARD FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE.
