I had reistered for waranty 1 month ago to view soniic about monitor waranty. I havent get my warranty till now my reg no: Id tr 101000021

Dear Sir,

I've been sending mails to Viewsonic requesting for a pad service of my Monitor (which is not switching on) from Dec-2010. I'm getting replies from Viewsonic to wait for 5/7 business days everytime. But, after that there is no response. I'm struggling to get my monitor serviced for the past 3 months.

This is creating huge mental pressure for me, as it is backloging lot of my work. As i cannot afford to get new monitor, request you to interfere & help me ASAP.

Note: I've attached the previous communications & responses with Viewsonic.
