1.After receiving your email I was visited by a person from Netlink Solutions on 19th October.
2.He took away the Panel with promise to revert with an answer in one day.
3.On his no reply for 8 days, I contacted Mr. Nilesh Patel 09825163313 on 27th to enquire about the status of the panel repairs. He said he has informed the company and I will get a message from company.
I am yet to get any message either from Company or Netlink Solutions. This is really frustrating and very poor repair management by your company. Hope I will be able to get some answer from you at least on the status and whether I will be ever again able to see the face of the Panel in repaired condition.

Dear Sir,
I've been sending mails to Viewsonic requesting for a pad service of my Monitor (which is not switching on) from Dec-2010. I'm getting replies from Viewsonic to wait for 5/7 business days everytime. But, after that there is no response. I'm struggling to get my monitor serviced for the past 3 months.
This is creating huge mental pressure for me, as it is backloging lot of my work. As i cannot afford to get new monitor, request you to interfere & help me ASAP.
Note: I've attached the previous communications & responses with Viewsonic.
