i had purchased a samsung 17'' lcd monitor in feb 2008,
now my monitor does not displays anything. so i registered a complaint to samsung service center dated on 24th october 2010 as my monitor is still in warranty ,
my complaint BP No. 8417833550.
Now my real problem is that i was told that i'll get a visit or a callback from them with in 24 hours, but i still haven't got any response from them. I've called to their service center a number of times but always they gave me assurity of getting any response within 24hrs, nothing happens.
Plz help me.
