My LCD stopped working. The spare part was replaced and in 30 minutes it stopped working. I lodged a 2nd complaint and its been exactly a month and 3 days time since then. I hear that the complaint can be address as a serious issue after 30 days of time after no response. Please do let me know the procedure.
