Hi
I have Purchsed a HCL Desktop on 13th April 2008 and I bring that to
home.
when I unpacked the LCD moniter I found that it was not working.
Same time I called to shopkeeper.
He sent an engineer to my home. He checked and said that we will not
replace it. HCL persons will repair LCD
but my point is this i did not use that LCD for a single minutes and
they are saying that they will repair instead of replacement.
and I want my LCD relacement instead on repair.
Kindly let me know what should I do and also provide me the helpline
number of Consumer court.
