Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Samsung Monitor at Oct 2008. It was some intermittent display problem from 18th Jan 2010. So i complained to samsung customer care at 28 Jan. 2010, they sent an engineer to my home at 1 Feb. 2010. He checked and did dry solder in my monitor. Then monitor ruining normally. But after some time again problem created. Then I called 2 days to local service center no 03326553965 and I contract with the engineer no - 9874923771 (Soumen Das) but they tolled me they'll visit again but any one not come. So I re-lock the call again at 11 Feb 2010.but again any one not came. Again I call today (18 Feb 2010) at service center. They try to give me now telephonic solution, but it was also failed. I don’t know how it is your service. How people believe on Samsung. Anyway I face lot of problem with my monitor. Please if you give attention on me & my monitor so I gladden to you.
