:DI HAVE GIVEN MY MONITOR to hcl srvice center and he gave it to unauthorized person for correction and that guy corrupted my monitor and when i asked him he told that now you will have to pay for all these damage ..the cost is rs. 3000.but earlier it was only rs.500.i have given my monitor since 2 months ago.he wants to Cheat me....i am a student of IIITA.

why will i paY FOR HIS FAULT.
please take a suitable action...Help Me

I had purchased a HCL system about an year ago. The HCL monitor provided with the system worked fine for a few months but then stopped working. I contacted the dealer who got it checked by an engineer. I was told that the monitor was not working and would have to be replaced. I contacted the HCL firm who did not co-operate and are not replacing the monitor. Also the dealer says that he cannot help me. The monitor is in warranty and still the HCL crew is not replacing the monitor. Its almost been FOUR month now that I am waiting for my monitor to be replaced but the HCL crew is not co-operating despite of sending them numerous reminders. HCL is a bad company.
Please help me as soon early possible.
