hi. tarun here. i am gonna take some suggestion about my lcd monitor i
purchased august 2008 with 3 years warranty. it got some problem in
august 2009. i was assured home service while considering the purchase.
but when i called they said i have to carry in due to unavailability of
persons at service centres. i regisetered multiple complaing which can
be observed from the lg service call with my mobile numbers. at last i
carried in. my problem regarding the screen was fulfilled but now the
frame is not fir when i recieved the monitor. i registered again
complaints. but no luck. one day they called and asked for service
satisfaction and i told i am not satisfied. they said senior engineer
will visit me. but is last of october and no sign of service. what
should i do?
