Hi,
I purchased a samsung TFT monitor Syncmaster 2033 one and half months back.
From the day one it was giving some problem like picture was waving and screen was going blank. Then i raised a ticket about that problem and they took a week to respond that and made some changes and then after one and half months after the same problem happend and now the moniter is not at all working.
Again called the customer care and they send a service engineer and he told that moniter to be replaced by a new one. after calling so many time to customer care and service engier they responded afte 3 days and said they need the monitor puchase recipt for replace. which i was waiting to give thar for another 4 days. finallly service engineer came and took that recipt saying they will replace it soon.
Now after 3 days i called up him for the status and he is saying we will repair the monitor not replace.
when ever i call the customer care.. they will give give some new timing for the issue and say that we will fix it up...which is never happening. Every time they will say we will give a call back within half an hour and they never come back.
By this process i have lost 12-13 days of time and energy and mobile cost to get a conformation. I have no go.
From the day one this monitor is giving problem and please help me on this to get a new monitor and . I am having somany problems for this and not able to finish my assignments for this and it is creating a lot of problem and am now frusted by following up the samsung people.
