hi,
i am holder of airtel sim 9746040564 and using it from 2008 which is having a lifelong offer of 30/min to any mobile as well as LAN phone. few months back i came to know my call rate is been increased ,when informed it was said it was a mistake and will be cleared in 3 days time. however it was solved in 5 days time.now the same issue happened on 19/05/2012,when informed the same reply came it will be solved in 3 days time, when called after 5 days, it was said it will be cleared before 30th. later on my calls didnt reach them as it was set in such a way and hence i was forced to mail to them. now i am behind them 2 months just going on with reply will be cleared in 3 days, then your tariff is changed. this same reply is going on without solving my issue for my sim which has a life time offer .
This very poor experience from airtel is going on .
