Issues with vodafone I have recharged (by calling 12426) my vodafone mobile no 9052626622 for V2V 10p/minute offer on 22nd of April. Amount was debited from the main balance but offer is not activated and then I have raised a SR with Vodafone and after few days I have again recharged for the same offer (even though the earlier raised issue in not resolved) and the same story - amount was debited but offer is not activated and again raised a request for the same issue.
Till now I have raised so many SRs but they have never acted upon them. After repeated phone calls they have credited one 26rs and for the other 26rs I was promised that offer would be activated but haven't seen any progress till today.
Keep on calling them and they tell some story but no resolution. Apart from that I have recently received a message (got this message) which says that for next 90 days my calls will be charged at 2sec@1p even that was not activated on my number.
Till now I have raised more than 10 requests. If needed I can provide all those numbers.

Worst experience in the vodafone stores.The people there have a badge saying "HAPPY TO HELP" but instead they have big question marks on their faces...VODAFONE LOVES ONLY SPONSORING EVENTS BUT THEY ARE BIG LOSERS IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
