    Thumbs down Nokia care center

    I have purchased nokia 701(rs 18500)from nokia priority shop on 14frb,I don't know why due to some reason my unlock key come-out from mobile.I visited nokia care n told them they told this is not covered in warranty so they told me that I have to pay for new unlock key,I said ok I M ready to pay charge of key,then they told me that they have to replace whole body of mobile,again I was ready to pay charge,they told me to come after 2 days,after two days they told me to come after 7 days n they make to come nokia care for next 2 months :o,so I visited another nokia care center in same city again they make me wait for again 1-2 months,till the date I didn't got any call or response from nokia care,I call them n they just tell me that there is no supply from nokia to nokia care,if nokia can release such mobile worth 18-19 thousand then how can this b possible that they have whole mobile manufacturing units and they don't have supply of a single body of same handset???I have lots of trust on nokia n I hope this will solve my problem,and even I am ready to pay whatever the amount of my nokia 701 body(approz2-3 thousand)kindly help me by solving my issue,my nokia 701 is still in warranty but I don't know y they refused of replacing unlock key

    SMS “NCC<space>City Name” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.

    i have already sent a mail to your email address and got replay saying someone will contact me asap,let's see what happens again,weather instant solution or again same waiting for few days/weeks/month

    Hi,

    I bought a nokia phone model no C5-03 on 20th Oct 2011 from Mumbai-Dombivli. Since the time i have bought the phone has had issues with the touch screen, i have repaired it 5 times at Nokia Care in Mumbai-Dombivli (P.P.Chambers, Shop No.21, opp KDMC Office) branch but the problem is still persisting.Now I have again deposited on 16th June 2012. My job sheet no is 644504867/120616/73. I have asked for replacement which the Nokia Care executive have denied. Also each time i repaire the phone it start’s giving me problem within no time.Also the behaviour of the nokia care staff is very rude. Kindly look in to it and if possible get me a replaced new handset otherwise i don't have any option to file a case against nokia care in the consumer court.
