since one month or more than that my network is not properly working sometime I can't hear properly voice is cutting and after sometime time call is getting disconnected.

Before i will go for another service provider I'm writing my problem to you. My no is very old because of this problem I have change my handset from Blackberry to NOKIA, still problem is on.

Please help me on this ASAP.

cell number 9821044917 have already done a bill payment on 20/6/12
but till now the cell is not working, saying that bill is not paid,
we are on 25/7/12 it creates lots of problem they are not taking seriousness about this issue
this is the way they treat the customer ? we are very upset from there side.

I am Pooja Yadav i have been using my number 9870337022 from 1 year and payed regular bill.On 25 th july 2012 paid bill for 600 Rs for same.Am using Dual sim thus using new simcard New number (9870521206).From last month on which using internet plan of 49/ 1GB was being used but suddenly after three days today i got a msg saying that i have used internet on Previous Number(9870337022)and thus am charged Rs 2500.When i spoke to customer care about it earlier then they said sir once your plan is over balance gets deducted from number on which internet is used.
Then if i had no balance in my new number(9870521206) on which plan was activated by LOOP mobile then y should then deducted from my post paid(9870337022)number.
I request to take action as soon as possible as i have already paid Rs 600 on 25th july Y i should pay for some mistake done by LOOP people.
y my internet was not working when i had no setting or internet on existing number.
Y suddenly if balance is over for NEW number(9870521206) the mobile shifts its default setting AUTOMATICALLY for another number(9870337022) and am continued charging.
Please take necessary action as early as possible

hi i gaurav deepak ahuja using mobile number 9821462190 since year 2003 have been complaining for call cut call break in my work place area banra west. these complains are being made by me since Diwali year 2011. it is very irritating and bad situation for me as i had been to vodafone gallery to port my number. i got a call from loop mobile from number 9870588800 from jiten who convinced me of getting the situation under control by improving the network. jay patel from loop mobile technical team had visited my workplace personally almost 2 months back. my postal address is 105 mamta house sv road 1st floor above indusind bak bandra west near bandra talao mumbai 400050.

i m v much regret about your services as yesterday itself i did the number portability from vodafone to LOOP bt today itself i found your services like a shit as m trying to call you toll free number from when but no one is responding to it and also the moment i gets someone on line and the moment i starts my issues with them they are cutting down the phone. and i know this letter m writing is also a waste of time as i have get it done from the gallery itself as i guess these call centre people are really doin the bull shit job by just torturing the customer and wasting their time....

So why u call me again & again for 870/- if u want to call for payment, then please call on 42521800, 42521814, 15 and don't call on my mobile.

I want to register a complaint against telecom service provider LOOP MOBILE.

I received a message from LOOP Mobile service number 55666 on 23/04/09 telling me that your account has been subscribed by the trunet98 after that i started using my browser then to they after sending a activation message they deduct my balance.

I went to a loop gallery they were not at all co- operative. Many time its happens with me they dont co-operate.

Please look into the above matter and guide me as to how do I go about resolving my issues.I have already complaint in LOOP mobile gallery and I have asked them for a refund.

maine loop ke 2 sim card 23/12/2012 ko kharide aur jo mujhse mange gaye woh documents bhi maine diye aur 250 rs bhi diye, lekin aaj tak mere number chalu nahi huye, jab main gallery main gaya toh pata chala ki mere documents hi gum kar diye hai,loop company mere documents ka galat istemal na kare . isliye main ye complaint kar raha hu.

Reference to my mobile no 9821794729 i am using this number since 5 years was very happy with the services,as with your RM sheema has helped me to activate the sms pack of 99 where i was availed 15k sms free in a month ,due to tria norms it was deactivated ,i personally viosited your gallary where i met farhan to find out some solution on sms he confrmed about free 200 sms can be done every day in my new pack of 174.
Trusting him now i received a wrong bill of 3900/ where i hvae been charged Rs.2500 on my sms,do this justify,kindly interven as wrong communication from loop mobile executive farhan from your kandivaliwest branch.
