    Default Grievance communication regarding Care pack sold by you

    I am fade up of the service of Hotspot from last one month (40 days) I am not able to use my handset.

    My apologies for sharing a first communication as a grievance communication. I purchase Spice D88-n from the CR Park Shop on 05-01-2009, My customer ID is 3570902516 and Invoice No. is 357102603, at the time of Purchase enroll to HotSpot Care Pack of 600/- Serial NO. 44134, At the time of Purchase the convince me that we have trained engineers and if you have any problem in this mobile we will solve it with in 10 days.

    But I think these are all things to befool the customer, your service is very bad and there is no responsibility to check the handset while returning it. Mobile is working fine or not, especially for which the customer is complaining.

    I send my handset D-88N (EMI No. 353480020790090) two times for repairing
    1. 3rd of August returned on 13th August (problem is still same which I mention. Same time I return it to hotspot shop.)
    2. 18th of august returned on 8th sept (Problem is still same )

    I am facing problem, my voice is not going to the other person, I mention mic problem. I don’t know you change the mic or not but the problem is same, you have the responsibility it to check the handset is working fine or not for which the customer is complaining. I am sure you will agree that this is not an experience which gives us enough confidence on the quality of your product and services.

    I will never advice to any my surrounding to purchase any-thing from the Hot spot especially Care Pack.

    Kindly revert, can you solve the problem or not. If not then I will go to another way.

    First of all send a written complaint to the HotSpot Head office and do keep a copy of that complaint letter. Wait for the response for max. 20 days and revert back soon with the response from Co's side. The address is:
