Hello sir/ madam,
I took a postpaid connection with airtel no is 9989484848 in the month of febraury. I was using the sim and suddenly i got a message on my mobile saying "your mobile has been recharged successfully".and then suddenly sim card registration has been failed. When i contacted ARC mancherial, they said that Sim has been converted to prepaid and ownership has been changed. All these conversion and change of ownership has been done without my permission. And now the same number is alloted to someother customer. I raised a service request online on march 03,2012 with the service request no PO030700008. Customer care people called me and said that they are working on the problem, and after some weeks the service request has been closed, saying that im not contactable.
I visited airtel office in begumpet, hyd, and gave a written complaint on the same matter to manager. They also said that they are working on it, and the case been escalated to senior management. And yesterday i.e., may29,2012 they told me that the number cannot be alloted to you.
I dont understand, when the number is on my name and without my permission , how this airtel people can give my number to someone else.
I request the concerned people to understand my problem and do justice to me and help me in getting my number back.
These airtel people troubled me a lot and im ready to legal action on the Bharti Airtel.
