Complaint against Tata Docomo

Hi everyone, Yesterday (28-05-2012) i call to Tata Doocomo customer care number (121) for inquiring about GPRS plans. they said those all details will be available in 52222 number. So i called and i did as they said . In those offers i interested in 95 plan i.e. 4GB, 30 days validity. But Today (29-05-2012) i checked my GPRS balance it is showing 2GB. So i called to customer care and asked about this. They are saying 52222 IVRS is saying old plans so u will get 2 Gb only. They not even taking a complaint. So please help me in this.
