My nokia c6 had a blank display. So i gave it to repair to the kolkata Girish park branch for 'slider changer' repair. They returned it after repairing it the same day after taking Rs.3175 from me.
.2 weeks later my phone goes blank,rather dead this time(without any further physical damage in 2 weeks). My friend, a nokia store owner has examined (not serviced) the phone hardware, and has complained that the 'slider changer' wire circuit is not good,and comes for a mere Rs1000 in the local market,which will also expire in the next 2months maximum. Upon that when i complained about a dead phone (in a 1month service warranty),the nokia care again asks for RS.1000 to activate the phone not taking any responsibility of the action or updating me on what is going wrong. They cant just put in local material to service the phone when we pay our hard earned money into it!! they do not even give a detailed breakup of the cost involved in the receipt. How would we know? This is really thuggish and irresponsible on their part??
