i have ordered for a gray colour back cover of nokia 302 in vasi,navi mumbai nokia service center.they told it will take 7 days to come.it will come from delhi.they will charge rs 205 for that even in warranty period.i agreed.i called them after 7 days...again after 7 days ...almost 1 month is passed they didnot do any thing.some times i spoke to manager santosh...he told it will take 20 days at last....and when i asked for exact deadlines he was himself confused and told he will do call back...i have the recorded voice of every time.tell me should i go to consumer court ?some times they told they cant do any thing.is this the way nokia gives warranty?

Dear Nokia,

Your Newly open Service Centre is cheated all your Nokia Customers.Please Closed this fake Service Centre immediately.No body will by Nokia Cell phone atleast in Navi Mumbai as this centre is decided only to earn the money from customers only by declaring all cell phone as Liquid Damage.
I was there in the centre for 2hrs.Many customer were fitted with the center peoples for cheating them.One day this centre will destroyed by Nokia Customers in navi mumbai.

I have plan to buy Newly lunched Lumia-920 but thanks to eye opening experience given by your Nokia Care located near vashi railway stn.I will never buy any Nokia Cell Phone in future.
If Nokia wants to be continuous then they should closed this type of careless service centers.Else Nokia's future is in dark, is for sure.

i am having a problem with my nokia e - 63 the list is as follows -
1.i am having a difficulty in accessing the mobile internet
2.there is always a poor network connectivity
3.the net access is quite poor
4.the downloading speed is quite slow .

Have been running around to the Nokia care since Dec.2012 with my Nokia 110. have made at least half a dozen trips. Am asked to leave it there for 2 days, 1 week, then 15 days and now again it has been there since the last 17 days and now i am not getting my calls answered? i wonder if it is still in Fantasy park and have they run away with all our mobiles/
Does anybody know where the Nokia care is, Please do let me know the phone number of the same if u have it
