Last day i buy a new Nokia Lumia 510 mobile from my nearest place,in the evening i press*123# to know my balance in Idea network..but at that time the mobile shows SESSION TERMINATED... i cant get the balance information's till this time...I didn't understand whats really happened? so plzz reply me immediately........

when some one call me on my lumia 610 before accepting the call I can hear the callers sound from the other side. before attending the call. my friend also having the same problem. the highlight is both the phones purchased in same date, same time,.. and the problem also stared from same day itself.
I gave my phone to authorized service dealer they said they will send phone to the company for its servicing and give it back to me after 18 days. but the goes on still.. its only 2 days that we have purchased the phone.
it's usually that in a 100 mobile 1 may get damage why got both of us phones get the same problem from same time onwards?
is the only for us or all the lumia 610 owners.????
it's an experience that cannot be forgotten in my life.. all my rating to Nokia gone down like hell

i brought lumia 510 one month back. From the 1st day onwards i was trying to send videos from my PC to Mob using zune but still this is not working as expected or even the data is not transfering form PC to mob. iam able to send pics and songs using zune.

please advice
