    please help me log a complaint against vodafone.
    I have been speaking to vodafone to resolve the issue for the past 6-7 months.
    But there has been no resolution.

    I have been using the vodafone number for over 8 years, its a postpaid number.
    Never ever has my monthly bill crossed Rs. 3,000/-
    I was charged 21k for a month this march, 2011
    of which 18k was for the internet charges which I never used.

    having complained and personally visiting the vodafone store like a million times. My issue still stands unresolved. Came to know from a vodafone employee that this has happened with many customers, vodafone has applied 3g charges to normal gprs charges.
    Have literally been tortured to no extent by the incessant calling from vodafone.

    And every month they pass on my case to a different individual, and have to explain him the whole story again.
    Having even approached the relationship Manager Mr. Pradeesh Chenon and have written him 3-4 times, but there has been no response


    They tried to settle the account by asking me to pay almost 80% of the amount, well I paid only my call charges + 4,000/- extra to settle it. Was so frustrated with vodafone, that I just wanted to get this done with.


    Today was another day when the legal department called and tried to force me to pay the amount.
    They kept asking my office address to send me a notice.

    Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization.
    It has been pathetic to say the least. I hope the managers following this thread make note.

    Still I did not get any call from vodafone...
    There is no use of posting it here also.
    Useless to waste time for writing.

    Dude take the new SIM card ...but not of VODAFONE...
    Dont waste much time by writing these.
    I have spent so much time by writing the mails and all.
    But every time new problem arises.

    Unhappy Poor Customer Service !!!

    Hi,

    I am using Vodafone service for than four Years,
    I am sing a BB plan on my device,

    Problem :

    For more than a month i was facing signal fluctuation issue with edge signal ,When called customer on Nov 5 2011, The said we had some changes, and closed the issue, They simply asked to reply 'YES' for the message i would receive, But after the fix too i was facing this issue, And once again i called the customer service they even did not get any proper issue simply provided a silly steps from their KB ( u guys may call it as data base pre-defined solution ), It was really horrible to watch a bad service from a big concern who's adds says their customer is highly respected. I was facing all this issue with signal for than two months , By 8-dec'11 i made a tweet my problem after it there was a call from customer care were they simply asked to check the signal with other service provided, ( I used a airtel the signal was too good) then they simply asked to monitor the signal strength. But unluckily my mob went to SOS mode , When i called once back they told to re-tweet the problem since they are not sure who called me , and said the signal should to be good , Actually blinking here for what purpose vodafone is having customer care were they can't even understand whats the problem is !!! Now without BB all my works are stopped , Feeling irritated , Will you spare the Bill for these days !!! Since will not have time to visit a store on weekdays (customer care folk asked to visit the vodafone store to solve this issue ), Since there is no (dead) service why should a customer pay for it ,

    I use vodafone service. I found this really great. Network is really wonderful in vodafone.

    Dear sir,
    My name is Bhushan A. Yeole. My Mobile Nos. Is 9823872007.I m from Pune. I M using Vodafone Postpaid from last 2.5 years, consistently i m paying my Bill before due date, But today i have a problem with vodafone Bill.... My last bill is generated on 19/12/2011 is 2251.35... and after 2 days means 21/12/2011 i get a msg from vodafone my bill is 3695.... Plz pay that..
    Now my Query is I m not doing any international call, not any roaming, or nothing then how it is possible my bill is in 2 days(20 & 21/12/20011) is around 1500rs.. how is it possible??? with out any
    ur applying a forced bill amt on meee???
    can u plz guide me or help Me?

    I have a Vodafone prepaid connection and the number is +91-9888301001(PUNJAB) on the name of Om Parkash. I am using this number from last one year in prepaid and before I used this number in postpaid from 2006 to 2010 on the same name. And as a proof I have the copy of e-bill on my e-mail ID.
    On 2nd December’11 I got a message from company
    side to re submit my documents and my outgoing calls were barred from the company on the same date. I submit my documents on 2nd December’11.0n 8th December’11 my number was activated again by company side. However on 9th December I got another message to re submit my documents again and I submit the documents again at Vodafone store (Strong bow Agency,,Rajpura,,Patiala,,Punjab). My number was again barred by company on the night of 9th December’11. When I went to Vodafone store and they told me that my number has been churned. Then I send an e-mail to Vodafone customer care, appellate and nodal officer. Both Nodal officer and appellate are only a designation from the company side. Nodal officer Vikramjit Singh bains never picked my phone and never reverted on e-mail. On the other hand appellate Amardeep kaur picked my phone and disconnect it by saying we are trying.
    On 15th December’11 I got an e-mail from Vodafone care and that was “We would like to inform you that given number has been deactivated from our side due to non-submission of documents. We would request you to please visit nearest Vodafone store and purchase a New SIM and confirm us the sim number so that same number can be activated on new SIM.The docket number for number for your future correspondence is 230426013.”

    I went to Vodafone store and they gave me new sim and send the new sim number to Vodafone care. Today is 22nd December’11 and till today my number is not re activated by the company.
    I called at 111 from another number and explained the whole issue and now the executive is telling a new story that this number does not exist on the name of Om Parkash. Then I contact to RM of Patiala Zone and her number is 9888018055. She is very rude and egoistic. She said to me you would not get that number again because this number is barred due to non usage from long time. Even she did not tell her name to me. And I have recharged my number with 56 rs on 8th December. The reason of deactivation my number is explained different by customer care executive, appellate and RM.
    I want some strict action against Vodafone. Because I am suffering from 2nd December and facing many kinds of difficulties due to rejection of my number. How this is possible that a customer is using a number from last 6 years and company is de-activating his number. It clarify that customer meant nothing for the company. I will not recommend this company to anyone and if they did not activate my number then I will publish my matter into every newspaper and “finally I will head towards consumer court…just because of Vodafone mistake I suffered in my business….some of your executive gives me the reason of non submission of documents and another executive says me the number is barred due to non usage,on the same time online Vodafone replies with a strong commitment to reactivate my number with in a day…I just want to know what the hell response is this from a Global brand……..is this what VODAFONE is actually ???…I am truly dissatisfied….if it is genuine on your part then please prove me that my number is in non usage mode from a long time….i have a list of dates even when I got my number recharged….i am 6 year old user for the same number and I cannot dump this number with in a day without even my mistake…”

    Default Less amount recharged in my Vodafone Prepaid

    Hi,

    I just got my connection transferred from postpaid to prepaid for my Vodafone number. I choose to go with 486 traiff plans (50p/min for Vodafone to Vodafone and 60p/min for other calls).

    But when my prepaid account got activated, i just saw recharge amount as 95 Rs?

    Why this has happen?? I call up Vodafone customer care but they said that i need to wait for 24 hours before they could get any info about the same.

    Hi team vodafone.

    I am now really frustrated with the coverage of vodafone in my area.I have to make & receive calls by going outside my house at all times. whenever i receive a call i always have to get up & go in the terrace to receive the call.Now this is very frustrating for me.i live in a area where it is a well known locality in pune not in a remote area where coverage is not possible to get.i would like to know on how would you feel if you were facing the same situation .i was using an idea connection earlier .i used to always get full coverage of it anywhere in my house.but then i switched to vodafone by trusting the brand as well as its network coverage support.so plz dnt disappoint me with it.plz improve the coverage at my place . Plz feel free to visit my place & test t coverage in person by yourself.My mob no is 9049993274.The area is amar heights, aundh rd ,khadki.


    it would also be helpful if you can install a network booster at my place.i know you install it for many other consumers so its my humble request to do the same for me as well.

    Default Roaming Service Problem

    I have to register a complaint for 2 problems

    1. I had gone to jalandhar last weekend. I had recharged for Rs. 351 before going. During the trip i was charged 10 rs. for incoming calls. Initially i didnt notice this but latter on when i noticed my balance was 50 rs., i asked my friend to call me and i checked that i was charge 10rs. for the call.

    2. I had both a 3G sim few months back. I had asked the agent that i would buy the sim, if i wil get a no of my preference. He promised me for the same. Latter on he delivered the sim to my place and told me the vodafone people will call me and give me a no of my choice. NO call came and that sim has not been activated till date. I callled the agent and told him to refund my money and take the sim back, he refused.
    He told me to come to delhi office regarding the complaint. I told him if he has delivered the sim to my place he can surely come and take it back. He told me he cant do it and no one has contacted me in this regard.

    PLs look into this matter.

    I activated BIS100 plan which is a weekly plan (which costs Rs.100/ week and one can use unlimited blackberry services) on my vodafone number +91 9999373966. And thereafter downloaded various apps which are supposedly absolutely free of cost and covered in the plan. But still my balance is being constantly deducted as I am using the services and is close to zero. I tried to contact the customer care regarding the issue, but have to say they do nothing than humiliate you by not replying, placing the call on hold and even disconnecting it on instances. And on top of it Vodafone charges 50paise/3minutes for the same. There was a particular CCR Deepak Chaudhary who was extremely rude and disrespectful during the call. I have been using this Vodafone number for many years now and have to say I found it rather shocking that a global brand with all its reputation handles its customers so poorly.

    I would like to know the reason behind these deductions and the reimbursement of the balance deducted for no reason.
    Kindly look into the matter and contact me ASAP.

    On 11/04/12, I went to the vodafone store in Sant Nagar, New Delhi to get my post-paid connection converted to pre-paid. I as told there that they were going through system changes and any change can take place from 16/4/12 only. On 16/4/12, I went to the Vodafone store in Ansal Plaza, New delhi. Once again I was told that the system was undergoing changes and the conversion cannot happen. Finally, on 20/4/12, my post paid connection was cancelled and I paid the pending amount. I was given a new sim card and told that it would be activated within the next 24 hours. It has been almost 5 days today and the new sim is yet to be activated. Upon calling the support centre, I was told they had not received and request for conversion and that I will ave to go to Vodafone store. I repeatedly pointed out that I have already been given the sim. On the 22nd, I paid my 4th visit to a vodafone store (ansal plaza again). There was just 1 staff member who assured me the the request had been sent and the number would be activated soon. On 23/4/12, I got a call from vodafone on my alternate number to tell me that the sim would be activated within 2 hours. It is now the afternoon of the 24/4/12 and my sim is yet to be activated.

    I have made numerous vists and made dozens of calls. My personal life and business have suffered due to this. This is just plain harassment that I have been facing. I request you to kindly take te necessary action.
