Hi, My vodaphone no is 9628180667 .I found all of sudden today on the eed holiday
28-11-09 that my inbox of SMS is showing some English Dictionary and Grammer. I
checked my inbox and found that on 26-11-09 without my consent or order they have
activated the english teching services and have deducted 30/- from my account.This
is totally rediculous and unexceptable.I called Voda customer Care but they are very
rude and didnot help me.Some how I cancelled through back SMS this unwanted service.
but I want my money back which is already deducted without my permission.The Company
should immediately stop this thug activity of snatching money from poor customers.

If a Mobile is switched on and has full network then incoming call should be
received.
But even if we have a full network we still donot get a call.
Instead we get an sms asking us to send "GET" to 53303 to get details after
15 mins or 1 hr.
And my cell is on my desk the whole day and i receive many calls.
And at the time that is mentioned in the sms my cell was free and had full
network.
This sms itself notifies that we had a missed call at so and so time.
This sms costs Rs.3.

So sir if my battery and network is full then I should directly get a call.
They are cheating customers openly now.
I want to file a case. What are the expenses involved?

And this is happening to all my 4 billing numbers and to many of my friends
too who are vodafone customers I can provide you with their contact also.
You can verify.

But first i need to file a case so pls help me out.

one year validated Insurance Guarantee Card of a Insurance Company, viz.,
Oriental Insurance Company, New Delhi.



Instead of, Hutch Vodafone Office are disturbing me many times at my
house/office and even my mobile number is given by them to many Retailers/
Marketing Offices/Shops/Broadband Connection Offices/Banks and so many
peoples they had interested to them for their personal purposes.



On September 2009, as my mobile has misplaced and lost by me in the
Inderpuri Market, I had filed a FIR(NCR) at our nearest P.S. Inderpuri, New
Delhi-110012. Their Head Office at ITO is also said that it is not possible
for searching the same and may be talked to P.S. at Inderpuri.

Dear concern,
I have taken a vodafone number 9582067776 on 28/11/2009 .It was working fine for few
days(2 to 3 days).Then after its outgoing call is been barred.After several tries no
one from the customer care is responding against this matter.It is really
disheartning that such a big brand has so poor customer care.out going call from my
number is still barred.Kindly look into this matter seriously as no one is
responding me from the service provider.

Last year I subcribed to a Vodafone postpaid service (9899500589) in
Delhi and in Vodafone's rquest I fixed an ECS/direct debit from my HDFC bank
account. I am not being using this number since 10-12 months, I tried to
close this unwanted Vodafone postpaid several times but in vain. I stay in
kolkata at present. Both(Vodafone kolkata and delhi) say that I will
personally have to come to Delhi for clossing this postpaid service, which
is not possible for me. Bank cannot close the ECS/direct debit without "no
objection certificate" from Vodafone, for this also I will have personally
go to delhi as told Both(Vodafone kolkata and delhi). I am being helpless,
simply watching every month an amount of Rs 500-550 being deducted from my
HDFC account.

Its a request, please help me with any solution.

I too experienced cheating by Vodafone company. My prepaid mobile connection was suddenly deactivated permanently without any reason and after making eight rounds at their store and listening about the benefits of postpaid connections, they activated my prepaid connection lastly after two weeks. Vodafone is a cheater company. They try to extract money from consumers by taking mobiles as hostage.

I am using your 499 Plan for my Blackberry.

account, Gchat, MSN and Blackberry Messenger. I browse once in a while. But
my main usage is the chat applications.

Again, I repeat, my usage has been consistent every month.


However, according to you, I have some how increased my usage by almost 10
fold.

I received a message last evening claiming that my bill is Rs. 11, 000. YES,
* ELEVEN THOUSAND. *

So, Vodafone, try and imagine my reaction to this, when my bill is never
over Rs, 1500.

Intertwined with this problem is my bigger grouse with the personnel at your
call centre. "Happy to Help" they claim. It seems to me that you guys only
employ the imbeciles of the lot. No semblance of any sense is present. *They're
all rude and arrogant. They enjoy keeping people on hold for 15 - 20
minutes, THEN JUST HANGING UP.*

I spoke to a gentleman last night, Mr. Samir Patel; who claimed to be some
sort of supervisor at the accounting department who told me that my internet
usage the last month had been 60,000 KB.
Now tell me, when I am repeatedly saying that my usage has been consistent (
In lay-man terms it means my usage has been the very same) how can my usage
suddenly rise up so much.


When i suggested there could be some discrepancy in the system, I was met
with more rudeness and everyone seems so adamant that Vodafone could never
make such a mistake. However, this problem has occurred with some other
people I know who have now switched to other service providers. I have been
an Orange/ Hutch/ Vodafone loyalist for almost 6 years now. But now I'm very
tempted to switch to one of the others.

If you are providing unlimited Blackberry services at 1099, how in God's
name can i possibly use 10 times that amount?! When again, I repeat, I have
been using the same applications that I have as in the last 3 months.

Anyway, this Mr. Patel, promised (as they always do) to get back to me today
with the problem.

I was out for work today, and had finished an errand. I tried to call my
driver, but obviously you deemed it right to cut off my outgoing on my
phone. WITHOUT EVEN WARNING ME.
This resulted in me being stranded on the road for over 45 minutes as I was
unable to make any calls.

SO i called Vodafone helpline 111 AGAIN. I spoke to some Mr. Riyaz who also
claimed to be the supervisor.

This guy seemed to be the ringleader of the arrogant lot. He refused to
listen to me. Didn't care that I had gone through so much due to no fault of
my own.

I'm a journalist, all my friends are with the media. I know I'm not the
first person to have an issue with Vodafone and it would be a great delight
to make this problem a public one.
But honestly I have no energy. I just want my phone to work and life will be
happy again.


I refuse to believe that my usage has been 60,000. UNLESS THERE ARE SOME NEW
ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT.

My last bill was Rs. 1356 and i honestly will not be paying this Rs. 11,
000.

*I would sincerely request you to look into this problem. Because I'm sure
there's some sort of glitch in your accounting. *

My phone is not working, I've just got into a lot of trouble at work and if
you expect me to pay for something I have not used, it's not happening.

As far as it was explained to me, in the 499 plan, only internet browsing
above 450 KB would be charged. I don't understand what has happened.


PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME, ASAP.

This isn't a threat but I will have to go over to one of your stores
tomorrow morning and create a HUGE ruckus there.

Maybe an article on the front page of any of the papers too would help.
Honestly, this is not a threat.

But if that's what it takes for you guys to help me out and sort out my
problem, then so be it.
