    Unhappy Issues with Vodafone Services



    Dear Sir,

    I am using Vodafone Services since April 2008. My mobile no is 9953-867-865. From April 2008 to 30 April 2012 I was using this no as prepaid one. My usage was high and I was looking for a postpaid connection I ask Vodafone to convert my current no into postpaid. I gave all the information and documents as per their requirement. First I have been cheated with the tariff Plan. The plan was discussed with me it was “Talk 199 Scalable10” But instead of this “Talk 199 Scalable4” was activated on my number that too without any prior information. I was trying to resolve this issue and all of a sudden one more issue got raised.
    I am facing below mention issues:
    1) Tariff plan was not given as per commitment. “Talk 199 Scalable10” was discussed but “Talk 199 Scalable4” got activated with any prior information. Even I wrote an E-mail at Corporatecare.del@vodafone.com I got response which was not a solution and I replied to that mail on 6th may 2012 and this time no response till date (14th may2012).
    2) Verification issue: No body visited my place to verify the given billing (my) address. And marked “negative verification” due to which outgoing calls/SMSs has been stopped on 9th may 2012. I requested to do re-verification of address, and I got a deadline of 12th May 2012(Saturday) till 06:00PM from Vodafone. This time also no one came for verification. I followed up and got one more deadline of 14th May 2012 till 06:00PM, again it went without any resolution. I followed up again (Today 14th may 2012) and they asked me to wait another for 48 Hours. That means 16th may 2012. Because of their casual approach towards this issue I am bearing this pain and today incoming facilities also got stopped on my number. I started communication with a Vodafone care executive afterwards I talked to their seniors Prakash Rawat on 12th may 12, Ajmer singh 12th may 12, Sandeep sahay or so on 13th may 12. And today I talked to their superior Raju biswas as well and he asked me to wait for another 48 hours. But all my efforts are going like this only. I did not get any solution from any of the seniors, what I am getting is one new deadline only. This time it is 16th May 12.Request you to please look into this issue and also let me know if you need any other information.

    Request you to please help me in getting this resolved.

    My name is Mrs Vipin Bhardwaj and my mob no ;- 9721964059 . kindly disconect the extra STD charge which is given to me by some sales person of your co without getting answer in ok , secondly your co charge the nett charges witch is never be used by me so falls charges should not charge from from the next time
