I am postpaid customer of Airtel from the past One and a half year, I have faced difficulty many time with their service but carried on thinking it would be better soon. This time its too much, my last month bill was 2405 when tried to pay the bill online twice it showed payment declined and it went through the 3rd time. But it was the next day I realized that the Credit card has been debited thrice i.e. Rs. 7215 /-
When I contacted the Care team they are telling that the excess amount will be adjusted to my next bill it seems , that’s nearly my two months bill where my credit card people will be charging me the interest.
I had contacted the customer care more than 10 times and there is none who is resolving this issue for me, they have just piled up my SMS inbox with the reference numbers that’s it.
I had reported this issue on 24th August its 4the today 12 days passed by yet no resolution. I am a regular payer of bill, I never keep any outstanding dues in my account still this is what I get back from them. I am fed up with the services (TORTURE) from Airtel.
PLEASE HELP!!!
