Its been almost four months that I have registered one complain about outstanding payment with the airtel regarding my 3g datacard (number 7738568405), but instead of resolving my issue I am getting repeated calls regarding outstanding payment. These people are not interested in resolving a customer's problem and only interested in payment. Even some third party collection agents are also calling me again and again for the payment, without even knowing my issue. The number is 022-43536100 from where I've been recieving calls repeatedly about the outstaing payment. They dont even know the issue and just ask about the payment bluntly. This third party is kind of harrasing me with these calls every now and then. Every time a new agent calls up and asks me same set of questions. I'm tired of explaining the same issue to almost a dozen of agents over the phone. Please look into the matter and help me solve the issue with airtel.

I have raised the issue with airtel several time and after conversation with a agent from banglore I also send the snapshot of the issue from the airtel site.I'm attaching the same here.
