Dear Sir/Madam I purchased an MTS Mblaze data card on 25th march, 2012 and the dealer said that I'd be getting a validity of one month. At the starting, it was showing a validity of up to 24th April but after some days the validity reduced to 13th April. I made a complaint about this on customer care on 12th April and they said they would solve this validity problem by 16th April. Next day, i.e., on 13th April, it expired in the morning and showed no balance and validity at all. I once again made the complaint to the customer care but they said their senior would call us in 3 hours. But those 3 hours never actually came. Since then, I've been trying to reach them but they just don't listen. The dealer from where I purchased the device is saying that he has forwarded the complaint to the MTS but no result has come out. Today, when I again contacted the customer care, they disconnected the call in between without even listening to me completely. 12th April was the last day when I could connect to the Internet. I feel really cheated by MTS. My MTS MBlaze No. is: 8459264131
