Cannot receive calls from AIRTEL after MNP to RCOM

    Default Cannot receive calls from AIRTEL after MNP to RCOM

    My Airtel Number 9967715190 (Mumbai) was ported to Reliance GSM on 12 April, 2012. After porting the number is not able to receive any calls/sms from any Airtel number.


    When called from any Airtel number a the response is "The called number does not exist". On calling RCom customer care they say Airtel has blocked the number and when I call Airtel customer care they say the number is with RCom.


    From the other threads in this forum it is clear the Airtel is playing foul. Unless they work on this complaint and get this sorted out. The actions of Airtel to block calls to the ported number is totally defeating the whole purpose of MNP.


    This sort of Tactics on part of a reputed company AIRTEL is totally uncalled for.

    Recieved a call from Reliance to know about the issue.

    Default Same problem with 7566218003.

    Similar problem with reliance GSM 7566218003. Requesting RCom customer care to look into it.

    Cannot receive calls from AIRTEL after MNP to RCOM . My cell number is 7566218003. This problem has been long overdue. Please help. I can see the same problem with some other customer being resolved with ease. I know airtel is palying foul, but their call center guys are not even ready to admit that my number is not in their database.

    Today an airtel delhi customer could call. but airtel MP&chattisgarh customers cannot still call. Kindly help.

    Default only airtel MP circle cannot call.

    Only airtel customers from MP cannot call on the number 7566218003. Airtel from other states can call. There is NO ISSUE with any other service provider.

    Please help. This is getting frustrating day by day.

    Default Not receiving incoming calls from vodafone and mtnl dolphin

    My Vodafone Number 9999999709 (Delhi) was ported to Reliance GSM on 2nd sept, 2012. After porting the number is not able to receive any calls/sms from any Vodafone and mtnl dolphin number.


    When called from any Vodafone number a the response is "The called number does not exist". On calling RCom customer care they say Vodafone has blocked the number and when I call Vodafone customer care they say the number is with RCom.


    From the other threads in this forum it is clear the Vodafone is playing foul. Unless they work on this complaint and get this sorted out. The actions of Vodafone to block calls to the ported number is totally defeating the whole purpose of MNP.


    This sort of Tactics on part of a reputed company AIRTEL is totally uncalled for.
