    U people r nt able to count total no.of minutes between 13-3-13 to12-4-13? I had mail u a counted paper of it too.according to ur bill details.

    Why u adding bill of last half month in this cycle, i had paid last bill of 320rs.

    U know it is wrong bill but want stay on ur point.ok stay on
    and do wtever u want. I will pay u only correct bill if u want.

    My Name is Shaikh Anis and i am trying port from virgin mobile (TATA Indicom) and port in vodafone but virgin dosent given to me response to me i have request to virgin three time for port out and finish the procedure as per MNP rule but virgin reject my request all time when i am asking them at their store (Seven Hills Aurangabad Maharashtra) but they don't help me and avoiding me to given answer to me of question and when i am asking them about to meat me of the manager of the store the told me manager is on leave for the month

    now i am in very big problem please help to resolve my problem on urgent basis

    HI Sir To The Consumer court I m Lakkhi I have a postpaid Num:9212323236 I used this num end of the may month and this num is outgoing calls service barring without any intimation and I have made many complaints to the customer care service and by email on Listen@tata docomo.com. They told me due to veryfication negative so outgoing calls barred but there executive dont come in my Billing add: or dont call my alternate num and i call regular basises to the customer care they dont provide me solution and told me i have go to the tata indicom outlet and submit the id proof and num activate on the spot num is activate i have again submitted ID proof on Tata indicom outlet in WZ-77/1&2 jail road fathe nagar road on saturday evening and there present excutive said num activate aftre 72hrs every body gave me the fake commitement and i cal on sunday morning they told till 12pm ur num activate till now my num is not activated i have facing many problems regarding this i take a num from my friend just for use and till i hve recharge 250 till now who is the responsible for that so plz i dont need money i need my contact num so plz activated my mon num :-9212323236 ....Regards Lakkhi add:-A-594-595 J.J.Colony khyala new delhi-110018 mob:-9210696798 ..9213139080 Email id:-Luckylove1066@gmail.com

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a Tata Photon Data card bearing No.9212720388 (postpaid) on 20thMay,2013 from Value Shoppe, Shatija Complex at Mukherji Nagar(North West Delhi) and paid Rs.1299.00. I submitted a photo copy of my bank account as address proof of my current residence. My address has been verified and all the needed documents have been submitted in the month of June. I find it really disturbing that services for my photon has not been started even after all the formalities have been done. It has been about two months.

    I want value for my money that is hard earned. I have felt that there is a contempt and disregard for cases like mine.

    Sir,

    My name is Kuntal Parbat and my TATA Photon Plus number is 9230504756.

    I require moving myself to another city for official reason, so I prefer to convert my Photon + from Postpaid to Prepaid.

    I have called to customer care for help and they guide me to go TATA Photon True value hub for the same.

    As they instructed I meet the Authority at Park Street Office at Kolkata True Value Hub. They give me a form and I submit that with my photocopy of valid ID proof. They assure me that your connection will convert within 3 days. (As they told me I was get a confirmation SMS to my mobile numbe)
    After few days, I am start getting ghost bill amount of Rs.1976 at my Email also, SMS and continuous call for pay that immediately,
    I called and mail for those unwanted bills and migration process, they told me:”Your application lost and / not submit the application, you have to pay all the bills we generating”.

    I was shocked and continuous trying to tell them that I already cleared my bill and after that they accept my application form they confirm me about my application so how my application was rejected ?

    I would like to know some common answer, which they fail to give. now they are continuous mailing and SMS me to pay those ghost bill.

    I have submit valid ID proof and application but they people talking me that we have lost and canceled your verified document and I have to pay all the ghost bills.

    If fault is from your site, why I have to suffering?
    Why I have to pay all the bills?
    Why I have to go to you true value Hub again and re-submit my documents and applications?
    Suppose I have pay those unwanted bill what is the guaranty that you will not harass me again?
    Why you people not convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid after I go through all the process you have?

    I am an innocent consumer, I take TATA PHOTON connection with highly hope and trust but they fail to serve me thus I here to get proper justice.

    I hope I will get the proper justice.
