    I have been using Reliance GSM number +917878934795 for the last 15 months. On 5th Aug 2012, I called up Reliance customer care to enquire about recharge packs with full talk time. The Customer care executive informed me that Rs. 210.00 recharge would give me full talk time. I recharged my phone number through mobile banking, but to my horror my Phone was activated with "BLACK BERRY SERVICE" and talk time of Rs. 0.01. I called up customer care and put up a complaint with docket number 184552692. Customer care replied that they have taken action against the erring staff, but cannot refund or appropriate my Amount. Again I called Reliance customer care on 19 Aug 2012 at around 1050 hrs and talked to "DEEPAK" who informed me that my complaint was still being resolved. On 06 Sep 2012, almost a month later from my first complaint, I received an SMS informing me that I could file complaint with Appellate authority. I am deeply grieved by the unprofessional and laid back attitude of Reliance customer care. I would like to have my amount(Rs 210.00) adjusted as talk time to my number +917878934795 and action against Reliance customer care staffers responsible for this instance so that other customers dont have to suffer like me in future.

    My name is Rohit Mulchandani and I am using Reliance Gsm services from 2006.
    Now I have a problem that my very important Reliance Gsm number Terminated by your company and I also informed you in M.P authority
    Regarding My number +919827818888(M.P) than first I talked with Mr. Vishal on 22-Sep-12 He reply me that I am taking your complaint and will be
    Informing you in 72 hrs. But I have no call from your authority and I Again make a call for M.P authority on 24-Sep-12 at 3:15 PM talked with
    Mr. Swapnil he also gives me an answer that please wait 24 hours and we will call you but after 24 hours I have no call from your company
    Today I talked with Mr. Abdul Sheikh and He told me that the reason of Termination is low uses of SIM card and balance. I told him I am a Regular Customer of
    Reliance and using this number Than without any confirmation how can you terminate my number than he Replies to me. Sorry Sir now I have no record
    No record of your number.
    Now I want my number Reactivated so Kindly requesting to Reliance that Please provide me this number because this number is very important for Me. And
    I also used this Sim card till 3-Sep-12 and after three days I was not receiving Signals. I thought That any network problem but when was I complaining then
    I knew my number was terminated. If company terminates any number then Always company reminds the customer that please Recharge otherwise your Number
    Will be Terminated but I have no call from company then this is fully company fault.
    So please hopefully please give me a positive answer and Reactive my number.
    Otherwise I have to go to register my complaint with Indian law.

    Angry Poor response from customer care and not taking action to my complaint.

    From The past 15 days,some service gets activated on my phone automatically and charges me 10,20,30,5 or any amount randomly without my concern.every time i have to call customer care for the refund.i am fed up doing this.i have to call 3 -4 times a day to the customer care for refund of money..i am getting tortured by this.i told them if this happens again i will file a complaint but they are not taking any action.

    Respected sir,Do dino se Reliance comn k VAS scheme se mere paise kaate ja rahe hai, jb ki maine kisi v ki tarah ka koi service activate nhi kiya hai, reliance k sath aisi problems hamesa aati hai, reliance hr waqt kisi wajah se paise kaat ti rehti hai aaj fir se Reliance VAS osian k jariye 3 Rs. kaatne suru kr diye, mai chahta hu future me mujhe aisi koi scheme activate na ki jay.. pls iss complaint pr gour kre aur iss problems se mujhe nijat dilaye.Thank u.

    Default complained against postpid mobile services

    Dear sir,

    I (Peeyush Sahay working in Deference service of India as class-I officer ) am not satisfied with service of reliance communication .I am customer of reliance communication from last 7 years as a prepaid customer.I have changed my mobile service from prepaid to postpaid before 3 month on the request of reliance customer care but i faced so many bad customer service after becoming postpaid customer.when i was present in my home town(Raipur,chhattisgarh), incoming calls , outgoing call as well as sms services of my postpaid reliance mobile number-9343217767 has stopped without prior intimation to me from last 10 days.

    when i registered complained against this then they promise me to provide 1 day on demand recharge option after 3 hours of my compliant call so that i can recharge my mobile through internet banking (on basis of net-banking sms ) .i waited two days for this service but i didn't get this facility after registering three customer care complaint through my land-line also.customer care representative are not ready to provide me acknowledgement reference number after registering compliant also.

    so finally i frustrated about reliance postpaid customer service and i went to reliance customer care center in my hometown Raipur chhattisgarh which is almost 6-8 k.m from my home and paid full payment of my mobile of 1250 rupees on 26 nov 2012 (BIll acknowledgment receipt number IB00021983904) at 1 pm.I requested again to reliance customer care representative madam Jyoti Rajpoot (employee number 27901081) at Raipur reliance customer care center for activation of my mobile services but she also misbehaved to me and my father.I requested her to respond customer in a proper way but she gave her employee number and told me to register a compliant without any fear to reliance superior authority.

    finally again i register compliant to reliance postpaid customer care call center at night 6 pm on same day due to non activation of my mobile phone after full payment of my mobile bill,this time also they have not provided me acknowledgement reference number.Still my postpaid reliance mobile number 9343217767 is not activated after 8 hours of my full mobile bill payment.

    This type of poor service of reliance postpaid customer care force me to go to consumer court and registered complaint against reliance communication regarding this poor service and misbehavior and complete irresponsible behavior towards customer.

    Default harrassment by reliance

    I had purchased a 3 G sim card for my ipad, no was 9699290295 from heera panna reliance world at Haji Ali, Mumbai in Feb 2012. Before purchasing this sim i had asked the reliance world representatives whether my area of residence i.e colaba would be covered in the network. i was assured it would. Despite this i had absolutely no network in my entire house. i complained multiple times through the customer care lines over the phone. However u received no redressal to my issues. I had a fixed post paid plan of 735 Rs for unlimited internet usage. But i could not use the connection at all. From February to July I paid all the bills without any usage whatsoever from my side, because i was repeatedly assured that my network would become better. when it didnt after getting tired i finally went to the Reliance World at Haji Ali myself to disconnect my connection. I was told i have to make a final payment of 943 Rs and that would be it. I did that without questioning. However i have since July been continually getting harassing calls and bills, to the extent that someone even came to my house to collect the money and on showing him the finl payment receipt went away. I have received calls which have been abusive and derogatory. On trying to explain the situation i have received no understanding whatsoever. this has amounted to mental harassment for no fault of mine. I am extremely upset and disappointed that a reputable company like Reliance can resort to such behavior. My phone number is 9819990295.

    Angry Worst Reliance customer care service ever

    I filed a complaint with the Reliance customer care thrice regarding the problem I am facing while I make a call through my handset. Although the balance is sufficient, I hear an invoice saying "you have insufficient balance,please recharge your account" (be it a STD or local call). I am also not able to send SMSs even though I have message pack activated.

    I complaint thrice about this problem but every time I just get assurance only. Its been two weeks now since I started facing this problem. My complaint number is 192731637. My number is 7483122727 (Karnataka Circle)
