I have been using Reliance GSM number +917878934795 for the last 15 months. On 5th Aug 2012, I called up Reliance customer care to enquire about recharge packs with full talk time. The Customer care executive informed me that Rs. 210.00 recharge would give me full talk time. I recharged my phone number through mobile banking, but to my horror my Phone was activated with "BLACK BERRY SERVICE" and talk time of Rs. 0.01. I called up customer care and put up a complaint with docket number 184552692. Customer care replied that they have taken action against the erring staff, but cannot refund or appropriate my Amount. Again I called Reliance customer care on 19 Aug 2012 at around 1050 hrs and talked to "DEEPAK" who informed me that my complaint was still being resolved. On 06 Sep 2012, almost a month later from my first complaint, I received an SMS informing me that I could file complaint with Appellate authority. I am deeply grieved by the unprofessional and laid back attitude of Reliance customer care. I would like to have my amount(Rs 210.00) adjusted as talk time to my number +917878934795 and action against Reliance customer care staffers responsible for this instance so that other customers dont have to suffer like me in future.
