So I am pulling out all the stops here, because never before have I encountered a worse customer care service.
on 15th of July i got a massage from reliance company on my No. 9074141686 they are giving 50 Rs talktime on 50 Rs recharge it is special and limited time offer. I have recharged my No. by 50 Rs. then massage came ur account has been recharged by 41 Rs. and some 50 paisa and got SMS balance of 8 Rs. and 18 paisa.
I literally want to ask to this fraud company is sms bal is talk time??
After that what was happened that was the worst part of the situation.
I made a call on 198 by 9074141686 No. on 17 Aug 2012 at 05:49PM the customer care executive name was Deepak pandit asked about this complaint he told me "this is not a complaint you must call to *333 and take some information about offer"
I just asked i got a massage of full talk time he told me "i am transferring your call to my superior" then till 59 minutes and 59 seconds I was waited and no response I've heard from other side
I am an Engineering student; I have neither the time nor the patience to be waiting on hold for one hour. Is it too much to ask that you take your customers seriously, Reliance?
I made another call on 198 by 9074141686 No. on 17 Aug 2012 at 06:54PM the customer care executive name was Ritesh Barde and told him all about what happened with me he also told me this is not a complaint you have wrong information about this offer. I asked him to provide me Docket No. for this complaint then he replied this is't a complain so I can't provide any docket No. then he also told me for transferring the call to superior and i waited for hear from his superior and no answer from other side till 59 minutes 59 seconds
what services you are providing to your customers I don't know. When we are complaining even you are not giving proper docket No. it simply means you are cheating with us.

I had applied for a migration from Prepaid to Postpaid(For reliance GSM no 9699795035) on July 27, 2012, Verification was Complete on July 28, 2012 but till now Postpaid services are activated on my number.. I am still on Prepaid.. Plz Change my connection from Prepaid to Postpaid at the earliest..

I didn't get any solution from reliance side... this is really very ridicules... i can't imagine a company like Reliance can do this kind of fraud...

Mr. Sandeep was called me from Reliance care and he suggest me to visit Reliance Store... as i already visited Reliance Store 3 times and they Were agree to accept my Identity proofs again to re activate my number... on 12th of sept 2012 but still my number is not activated... can anyone do something against Reliance i just want some penalties on Reliance and some favor on me.
