I noticed a sudden decrease in the balance today morning....on trying to contact customer care i was told that they will be able to help only after 2-3 hrs as system upgrade is in progress..on calling back later the customer care executive (Mr. Dhruv Patel) informed me that the deduction was for some voice chat application that i had activated back on 30th december 2011 and Rs. 30 was decducted even then.I had never activated any such thing on my no. ,had i activated it would have been aware and used it atleast once.I feel cheated and want my money (Rs. 60) back.This is not the first time that i have had this problem with reliance, i have been cheated like this before also.I prefer reliance anywhere i go because they have a good coverage,but what they are giving in return of my loyalty is not acceptable.

This is me Sateesh Kumar with Reliance postpaidmobile number #9342582863. I am holding this connection for more than 6 years. I have submitted the document(ID proof, Address proof and along with the my photo pasted address change form ) for address change on 29th of March 2012 at International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPB) Reliance outlet. I got address [COLOR=#009900 !important]verification[/COLOR] call on 2nd of April 2012. Though after 4 days of address verification call my address is not changed/updated. I have called several timer to Reliance customer call centre at 198/*222, but they did not provide me any help. I also went several timers to ITPB Reliance outlet to enquire about [COLOR=#009900 !important]the status[/COLOR], but nothing has happened. Therefore I have few queries:
1. How many days Reliance takes to change [COLOR=#009900 !important]the address of[/COLOR] a postpaid customer?
2. Why there is no update [COLOR=#009900 !important]provided[/COLOR] by the [COLOR=#009900 !important]Customer care[/COLOR] or Reliance outlet?
3. How soon my address would be updated?

i am dilip from new delhi, i had applied for my prepaid reliance no 7428198230 to convert in postpaid on 21-5-2012. i have completed my all formalities like security deposited, submitted id proof, in all spite of my mobile no. is not convert in postpaid yet,i have received all verification call,i called many time in voice bpo office but i didn't received any positive answer, so please register my complain & take action soon.

there has been a sudden balance deduction on my reliance gsm number and i received a message that 30Rs has been deducted towards activation of cricket pack , i did nothing to activate the pack and it got activated on its own , this is really bad way of cheating customers , and when i called the customer care at *333 i got no option to talk to the customer service executive . now thats even great , first cheat the customers and then dont let them complain

Hello,
I am a Reliance CDMA customer (9300892011) since past 5 years.
and since last two years i have a complaint of recieving messages from 53030
continuously. i have loads of messages waiting every day just from 53030.
i even have tried to stop these services by messaging codes to 1909 and by avtivating DND on my no.
but notthing stopped this.
Please help me get out of this trouble.
