My reliance number is 9022703279. I have been trying to unsubscribe from sms pack 39 for a long time. I have sent sms deact pack39 to 53739 many times. But I get the reply "no default configured".

Please do the needful to unsubscribe the sms pack 39.

i want to knw what is the message i need to type to deactivate my sms39 pack.. How would i know till when it is valid..

I've been a reliance user for a few years now but now i'm fed up of it. Every time i recharge no matter if it's for rs. 100 or 50 or whatever my balance becomes nil even if i don't text/call at all! I don't even receive any ad related calls but always, always there is some weird sms pack or callertune pack activated on my no.! Even if i try to deactivate it it keeps getting renewed every month and my balance is forever zero.
Kindly help me rid of my current sms pack on my number 9699858751. Otherwise i will have no choice but to switch to some other connection.

I had recharged my Reliance number 9343821705 for 599 from PayTm in the month of feb 2012.. But recharge have been failed.. when i mailed them for refund of amount they asked for passbook entry for the amount that has deducted. I sent them passbook entry copy and they refunded to my PayTm account. There was an option for transferring that amount to bank account. i initiated transfer but till now money is not transferred. when i asked them by mail they say its been in hold from bank side.. does the bank people take so much time to transfer money to my account or PayTm people are palying with i dono. Please take some action and get my money back.

A month ago i recharged with rs 39 for msg pack rel. Auto deactivated it after 5 days then i reacharged with rs.14 now after a month reliance renewed with rs.39 pack i m unable to unsubscribe any of the message pack. Now please somehow unsubscribe me from rs 14 pack.
