I subscribed to sms pack39 on reliance gsm mobile on my 8905918975 no.
This pack gets auto renewed every month despite my several efforts to deactivate it.
I have tried a lot to contact customer care but the call drops after waiting for customer care representative.
On sending sms deact pack39 to 53739, I get the message "default not configured".
I am requesting you to kindly deactivate sms pack39 service.

call 198 and talk to customer care exec(toll fee)......they deactivate your pack instantly.

I have subscribed sms pack 39 and want to deactivate the sms pack 39 and for this I have called coustomer care and they given assurance that the sms pack is deactivated now but when I recharge my mobile 8899247980, then they have deducted the amount, then what is the role of costomer care even after confirmation also it seems to be that Reliance is making money by simply cheating people in this way. Why don't you provide option for deactivation of pack by the user if you have given activation facility to the users. Please react and deactivate my sms pack .

I activated sms pack39 on my CDMA no 9331826005, but has been trying to deactivate this since last 3 months and as with others its not working and its getting activated every month. I've failed to contact customer care despite of my several efforts. its so funny that activation with reliance schemes is so easy but deactivation is such a job irritation. Hence, please deactivate the scheme from my connection and oblige.

I have placed several requests for deactivation of my sms packs, caller tunes, and other services.

Please deactivate All services, I don't want sms pack, caller tunes, or any other services, which charges money.

I have sent several deactivation messages, but nothing has worked.
