I am using Reliance GSM prepaid service. My reliance mobile number is: 7304991701. Reliance is deducting my balance so frequently.
My number has been registered on DND. So I should not get any promotional calls and messages.

I have called their customer care representative six times on 198 to stop deducting money without my acknowledge.

When I checked the balance and realized about the balance deduction I called to customer care on 198. Sometimes they refuce to refund and sometimes waived off my service and return the amount and send me the following message:
"You have been successfully waived and your unsubscription request has been accepted".

But sometimes the balance was deducted by Rs 30/- twice and when I called them they just return for one time. So I was in loss of Rs 30/- each time.

This time they have deducted my Rs 30/- on 07-Mar-2012 for R- world charges and Rs 20/- on 06-Mar-2012 for Wallpaper downloading charges.
I dint use the R-world and dint download any wallpaper.

I have registered this complaint with cust care on 09-Mar-2012 and got the service request number: 174356029 and resolution time is 2 days.

But I know after 2 days they denied to refund my money back and dont want to stop balance deduction.
Also I should get message whenever they deduct any balance from my account, like I get for my calls and messages.

Please help me and stop reliance GSM to deduct my balance without my permission.

Updates on 12 Feb 2012: I have received Rs 30 into my prepaid account but still waiting for Rs 20.
Also they again activated one paid service (name of service: MVDO) in my mobile at 7:11 am without my acknowledge and deducted Rs 30. I was sleeping at that time and i was alone in my home. When I called customer care on 198, they first refuse to return and said message was sent from your mobile. When I explain the scenerio then they deactivated this service and return the deducted amount. But my question is how to stop such deductions? I dont want to use R-World services, is there a way to block them completely from Reliance server so there will not be such type of incidends. it is creating very frustration and inconvenience and also down the image of Reliance communication.

I request to do the needful.
