I have tata docomo prepaid number 9324281276.
I keep 50-100 rs balance and also recharge monthly for GPRS service.

I have already registered for DND service.
Still, every 2-3 days tata docomo is deducting 20-30 rs from the account for some nonsense value added service like games or music blah blah..
I never requested for these services.
Despite the repeated requests to custmer care (provided u get to talk to customer care after trying for 30-60 mins)
Everytime after talking to them, they ask to again call some value added service and stop the new service which was activated.
But money is never refunded.

Also many times customer care asks to send email or register complain online,
Everytime i get the same reply like "we have noted your request and we are currently working on your issue or we will call you back"
Till time there is no resolution nor i received any phone calls.

I am really frustrated, since now i keep minimum amount recharged in my account just to avoid if they again deduct the same.
And when in need i really dont have enough balance to talk or to send sms. Even GPRS service is stopped if your balance is about 1 rs. even if you have seperately activated GPRS service by paying extra 65 rs.


Is there a solution or should i go for number portability.
Pls help
