In the morning I got a call from service provider and he explained me about Idea Talkies service. I replied him that I am not interested, although he continued explaining and finally without any prior permission he activated the service and a balance of 100/- is deduced from my mobile no. +91-9926387318.

When I talked to the customer care officer and compliant about this and asked for deactivation of service and refund of balance, he said that my balance will not be refund even on deactivation. After that without giving any satisfactory response he disconnected the call.

I am using Idea service for last 6 year and never got such a bad response like today. Now balance is deducted without any reason and also the customer care officers are not giving proper response.

So, my complaint is that my balance should be refunded by suitably deactivating the above service and also request to Idea Cellular Ltd. to give proper response to the customer when they talk to the customer care officers.
