I had tried to recharge my cell phone (9871176769) from the site of airtel.in at 4th Feb 2011. Money has been deducted from account but cell phone has not been recharged yet. Bank statement is given below.

I had resisted a complain in customer care but it is not been shot out. Even they had stop picking phone from my number.
