Hello,

I am using Reliance GSM for quite a long time and I am always compelled to post my complaint here or any such forum if I need any kind of assistance from the Reliance Customer Care. This time my request is for deactivating the Cricket Updates on 9804661596. Although no fee is charges for these cricket alerts but it is very irritating when the mobile vibrates at my work for these kind of alerts. I have contacted the customer care several times and every time they have said that it will be deactivated within 24 hours but never happens so. I find this customer care useless. I do not understand why Reliance is spending so much money on these customer care centers when we have to post our complaints on these kind of forums.

Kindly do the needful at your earliest.
