I am using airtel gsm since last 2 years number -9650011759.I have a complaint against airtel mobile that they have activated grps on 31st dec,2011 without my permission and after 3 days they sent me an sms stating your unbilled amount around 3000 inr then I called them and come to know it's just because of gprs services then I request them to stop this service on 2nd of jan,2012. On 27th jan,2012 they generated my monthly bill and the bill amount is 10,661.89 inr and my credit limit is 3300 inr.I have called so many times and tell them this bill is wrong and please correct it,they are just saying you have downloaded this much data and you have to pay your bill.
I am very unhappy and unsatisfied by the kind of service you provide.
Expecting a quick response to my complain.
If I want to use gprs service then why don't I take out your gprs pack
that is available as per below rates..
1. Unlimited gprs @499
2. 5gb @ 300
3. 4gb @249
4. 2gb @198
could you please resolve this issue asap,it is impacting my peace of
mind and my work productivity
