Complaint about Bharti Airtel-Misleading Customers
Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm using Airtel GSM Mobile no 9987023723. And following plans are activated on my phone

Blackberry BIS (Rs. 299)
I initiated portability on 23rd Jan 2012. Immediately in day’s time, I got call from Airtel retention team & offered me some 149 Plan. However when heard from office administration team that Airtel has given corporate plan (I 22 CUG 99) for our company. Also they have Blackberry 299 Plan which includes unlimited email, instant messaging, internet browsing, social networking & applications. Initially Airtel team denied of having such plan with them. But when i sent the mail of Administration with plan details & pamphlet of Blackberry Plan, they agreed to activate.
On the next day Airtel Team gave me confirmation on email that I 22 CUG 99 & Blackberry Service plan will be activated. Request number for this is 41880583.
Yesterday evening i got SMS from Airtel team that I 22 CUG 99 plan has been activated but existing Blackberry BIS 299 plan has been deactivated. When i contacted customer care, they again said they don’t have Blackberry BIS 299 plan including internet browsing, social networking & application.
When i requested customer care to restore my existing 299 plan (which was not including internet browsing, social networking & application), Airtel team said we can not activated your existing plan as your account is being paid your company though it is paid by me.
Reference Number of my call with Customer Care on 1st Feb 2012 is 100876362.
