Default Airtel refuses to address complaint - LIES FURTHER

My Airtel mobile Number9910372318 (prepaid ) was suddenly disconnected despited having charged it with a further RS 500. First it was promised that it would be reconnected & balance restored, then that the amount would be adjusted in my airtel landline bill - This was not done so and I paid my full bill. Then I got an email from the appellate addressed to someone else, then I got an email saying that my number had never been activated. This shows that Airtel is a SCAM Co - not interested in resolving issues but making mountains out of molehills. The following letter written to airtelpresence & appellate including sms records remains unanswered
Nandini Mukherjee
Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team)
Bharti Airtel Ltd
airtelpresence@in.airtel.com

May I inform you that all the sms messages are on my mobile -downloaded onto my computer - also I have the sim and all the papers but evidently you are only interested in scamming customers - not interested in resolving genuine complaints,

I have been doing a survey in my area - on sites and the maximum amount of complaints have been regarding airtel scamming -many dealers refuseto sell airtel and I myself go around to the shops - whenever I have the occasion and share my experiences.

Any other company would feel SHAME particularly after having been one of the better telecom companies. Now your name is in the mud. Any other professional company would investigate the complaint, but you continue to bombard with more LIES.

Please read below the sms documentation.

It seems you have not taken the trouble to read any of my complaints which speaks very clearly of your intention to not respect your clients. The main aim is to undertake a war of attrition, deliberately not address their concerns and instead of resolving the matter elongate it. Clearly airtel which was a company that I respected earlier for its customer care should be named as CUSTOMER SCAMMING.
1. I have send you all the complaints from my registered email which is the current one. Evidently you seem to be mixing up someone elses details with me. This therefore appears to be a regular SCAM - cutting of prepaid numbers with a lot of account balance. Then subsequently harassing the customer so that the customer will forgo the money. This is actually SMEARING MUD on the name of the company.
2. Here are the sms received for activation - recharge(total amount paid Rs 600
Welcome to AirTel Prepaid! DIAL 123 now to start using yourmobile services. To Know the balance and validity dial *121*2# and to know thenew offers dial 12131

3. Received sms for payment of landline

Documents mentioned below were given by my dealer immediately -duly stamped. These included pancard-passport driving licence.
These were returned with no reason given. Further - please read my complaint below instead of further trying to give misleading messages.Evidently now company policy to wear out the customer and steal their money.

Please also read below that I was first told by a nodal officerthat it would be activated by calling a certain number. This did not happen.Instead I was asked to go to the relationship centre and give in the papers myself.

I did this

I gave in a copy of the airtel landline bill - account detailsPANCARD, PASSPORT & DRIVING LICENCE

The staff instead of resolving the issue started making sexistremarks and harassing me further.

YOUR STAFF IS A BUNCH OF LUMPENS AND HOOLIGANS

This has been stated repeatedly to all the various officials who have called me, some regretting the matter and assuring me that action will betaken and that the amount with compensation will be given to my airtel account.

THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED

It is laughable that you keep an untrained staff, expend money on their salaries and harass genuine customers.

I have been with Airtel for 7 years and never missed a bill payment

Therefore I urge you to immediately rectify the complaint

Ms Giti Thadani

Default Urgent activation of my numbe

Urgent Attention: Customer Care

This is to inform you that the airtel prepaid number (9936301003) which I
am holding for the past approximately 07 years has been deactivated by you.
I have called up customer service many times but no satisfactory answer was
given to me. Kindly look into the matter and get my number activated at the
earliest. I have also been to the Airtel outlets but to no avail. I feel
harassed and disheartened and also very upset. I am awaiting for positive
and prompt response.

Eagerly awaiting your reply.

Warm Regards,
