I have activated airtel 3G on my mobile number 9951603295( samsung Galaxy ace S5830) on 21st of January and recharged with a 3G recharge of Rs.1250.

The speed i receive is about 30-40 kbps,even my GPRS speed is faster.

I made innumerable calls to customer care,I even lost count.Everytime its same questions if my handset is 3G compatible or if i am on 3G network,signal strength etc..I have checked everything from my side,even replaced sim thinking it might solve the problem but of no use.

I mailed customer care,airtel presence..in fact most of my time in a day goes in calling airtel and begging them to solve the issue..Even the appellate authority does not reply to mails.

I Spoke to Guru,Gayathri,Gowtham of technical support who assured me that my issue will be solved in 24hrs but still no resolution from their side,they say its the problem with few numbers..how is that my fault,am losing my validity of recharge.

Added to my misery,people who recharged with 2g recharge are getting 3g speed in my network(warangal),where as me recharging with 3G voucher is waiting for speed for over a week.

they say it might be a network issue so it may take some time..how is it a network issue if my friend right beside me is able to browse at 3g speed and i am not?and that too he recharged with Rs.98 2G recharge.ridiculous.

my compalaint numbers are C3GSP 20123238833,C3GSP 20123357113, C3GSP 30123334393, C3GSP 20127638753,C3GSP 20128002197 ,C3GSP 30129788360 and many more,because everytime i call to customer care,they just raise a request and forget about it,i do not even get a call back from them which they assure i will get from customer care

my 3g recharge validity is for 30 days,i already lost 10 days..still no resolution.

please airtel,its my hard earned money and want you to respect it..if you cannot resolve,please retrun my money.why should i be at losing end.enough is enough..am moving to consumer court as a last resort..i will not let them get away with what they are doing(fooling customers).

i do not want your apologies airtel,i want service..all these calling to customer care and mailing,complaining is not fun..am losing my money and time.
