My name is vipul priya, I bought this reliance GSM connection in 2007, I have been subscribed to whole lot of sms based subscription’s without my knowledge, my balance gets deducted again and again I had written to appellate and nodal office on couple of occasion and they told me that it`ll not happen again and my balance will added to my account, I also received an sms stating that your balance has been added to your account but it was never added and to add salt to my wounds in the last couple of months reliance has deducted more than 300 rupees from my main balance without my consent. Recently i activated 100MB 3G data pack for my mobile to be used only on my mobile and in the month of January I had to recharge it five times and even though my main balance gets drained out, yesterday my main balance was deducted by 80 to 90 rupees and when I asked to the customer care they told me that you have used up all your data that`s why your main balance was deducted, can somebody tell me how one can use 600 MB of data on mobile usages only. I have been on roaming and every day I have to recharge coz overnight my balance gets drained I don`t know where, Thus I would request you that seriously do the needful so that no service gets activated without my consent and no balance deduction without my consent.
