hello my name is joy, i am a resident of malda,west bengal.today,I bought a nokia x2-01 from local retailar from malda.When i checking my call facility then i dialed a number but i cant hear through my phones main ear piece.but from other side they can hear me through my microphone..there is a problem about my main earpiece of my brand new nokia x2-01.i am realy depressed and nokia hurts me too much.before that i belive in nokia from my childhood.when i go to the reataileer and distributer says then did not make any step.they told me they are not authorised to change that bloody mobile.i am really so much deppressed.they told me i have to go Nokia Care on monday and they will repair it with out any cost.
But why i am suffering that kind of problem?pls tell when a defect trace by a customer on the date of purchasing the retailer are not authorised to change or replace my mobile from the same day???pls tell me rply first.is that a known manufactured problem of nokia??pls rply me .I am verry angry and depressed to nokia.
